Refund Policy

Effective date: 13 October 2026

This policy applies to the Passive Solar Home Design Toolkit, which is sold through our authorised reseller Lemon Squeezy.

14-day refund, no reason needed

If the Toolkit isn’t right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don’t need to give a reason, and it applies even if you have already downloaded the files.

How to ask

Write to info@passivesolararchitecture.com with your order number (it is in your receipt email), or
contact Lemon Squeezy through the link in your receipt email or on your order page at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.

We issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

After 14 days

We consider later requests case by case, for example if a file is faulty and we cannot fix it.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live, and it applies on top of Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms.
